Cancellation Policy

At NailedIt we have a strict cancellation policy in order to accommodate the high demand for appointments. This policy applies across the board whether booked in person, on the phone, via email or online through our website. We are happy to cancel or reschedule appointments, providing we have at least 24 hours’ notice. If an appointment is cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice, you will be charged 50% of your appointment value. If you do not turn up to your appointment or give any notice (no-show) you will be liable for the full appointment value.n No-shows and repeat cancellations may result in you being denied future appointments.

Arrival Time

Please make sure you arrive on time for your appointment. If you arrive early, I may be with a client and there is no waiting area. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be marked down as a no-show and you will be charged accordingly.

Group Bookings

Groups of 3 or more will require a 50% deposit made in order to secure the time slot. A receipt will be sent for the booking and once the deposit is paid the booking will be made. We will require 48 hours in order to change or cancel the booking.

Service Guarantee

In the event you are unhappy with your service, please contact us within 3 days to arrange a new appointment to rectify any issues. We are unable to offer refunds. Any repairs within the first 3 days are free, after this there will be a small charge (please see price list)
